Grilled Sardine Follow by Cheese and Biscuit neebles

Last weekend we went to Brighton beach for a walk and we decided to visit a fresh fish shop by the shore ham harbour, and this is the website for you to take a look http://www.brighton-fish-sales.co.uk/

We was trying to figure out what are we going to have for dinner, and we bought 6 sardine and 4 oysters it cost us £3.60 which is good.
On the way home we know what we want to have for dinner which is picnic type of food. So we stopped by to Odd bins it just 500 meters from our flat. Dave bought a red wine (Wine is not my cup of tea, i would like to have mix juice with lemon and mints)

When we get back we opened the oysters and pour a little bit of lemon juice and eat them straight away!!! I only have the picture of the shells now...Doh!!

Anyway, here it is our picnic menu.

Grilled Sardine with home grown salad.

How to cook :
Clean the fish and season them with black paper and lemon juice, and grilled them for 5-8 minutes or more *depend how you want it.

And then Plate up with home grown salad season it again with olive oil, black pepper and a little pinch of salt.

Followed by :
Cheese and Biscuit nibbles. And movie on Sky HD

Drinks :
Dave's drink : Red wine from Odd bins
My drink : Mix juice (Pineapple, oranges, cranberry) with slice of lime and mints

Nibbles :
Blue cheese,Salary,Crackers,Black seedless grapes, and Taramosalata (fish roe dip)

What a nice relaxing time...^_^
