Main course such as Steak is always great in Summer time. This is for 2 recipes
Ingredients :
2 Ribeye Steak
1 Carrots *you can slice it on your own way
Beans *as much as you want
2 Potatoes
How to cook :
Mash Potato and steamed vegetables :
Dised potato and boiled them. Meanwhile used the steamer to steam the vegetables, put them on top of the potatoe's pan.
For 5 - 10 minutes, check and put vege on a side. Don't forget to add a little bit of butter and seasoning with salt and pepper.
Drain the water from the potato's pan, add some milk and butter before mashing it.
Grailled the Steak :
Heat grilling pan on the high. Used tonges to put the steak on the pan. I like my steak served rare and it takes 3-5 minutes to cook.
And ready to plate up.
