Hello there, my name is Sinta Billington. I'm Indonesian, but i live in the UK since i've got married with my husband David. since then i discover more ingredients of food and how to cook ala western food.
Thank goodness my husband enjoying Asian food. There are some fruits that he doesn't want to eat it anymore such as Durian and Jack fruit. Maybe some of you doesn't like it too..^_*
Some receipes of my food i put it on this blog, but some don't because sometimes i forgoten to take a picture of it and sometimes i forgot to write it down.
Anyway, if you want to try some of my home made food. You more than welcome to try them...Good Luck!! ^_^

Rendang daging sapi


Resep Bahan Rendang Daging :

Daging sapi has 500 gram, potong-potong
Santan kental 1000 ml
Santan cair 1000 ml (santan kental 500ml ditambah air 500ml)


Bumbu tambahan :

Serai 2 batang, memarkan
Daun jeruk purut 5 lembar
Daun kunyit 1 lembar, sobek-sobek *ga ada juga ga papa
Asam kandis 2 buah
10 buah cengkeh
5 buah Bintang Adas *Star Anise
2 buah daun salam / bay leaves


Resep Bumbu Halus Rendang Daging :

Cabe merah 3 batang besar
Bawang putih 4 siung
Bawang merah 10 butir
Jahe 1 cm
Kunyit 2 cm
Lengkuas 4 cm
Garam secukupnya


Cara Membuat Rendang Daging :

1.Rebus bumbu halus dimasak hingga mendidih, masukkan bumbu tambahan dan daging yang sudah dipotong-potong hingga setengah matang, lalu masukkan santan cair hingga mendidih dan agak mengental.

2.Masukkan santan kental. Masak hingga hampir kering. Aduk-aduk hingga rendang kecokelatan dan berminyak.

3.Sajikan.

Boleh ditambahkan potongan kentang jika berminat...^_^
Boleh juga dimasukkan ke dalam oven dalam suhu 200 derajat Celcius Hingga daging lunak.
