Hello there, my name is Sinta Billington. I'm Indonesian, but i live in the UK since i've got married with my husband David. since then i discover more ingredients of food and how to cook ala western food.
Thank goodness my husband enjoying Asian food. There are some fruits that he doesn't want to eat it anymore such as Durian and Jack fruit. Maybe some of you doesn't like it too..^_*
Some receipes of my food i put it on this blog, but some don't because sometimes i forgoten to take a picture of it and sometimes i forgot to write it down.
Anyway, if you want to try some of my home made food. You more than welcome to try them...Good Luck!! ^_^

Chocochips cookie


Bahan bahan :

100g good dark chocolate (dipotek jadi kotak kotak kecil) *bisa juga menggunakan chocochip
125g unsalted butter
100g granulated sugar
75g soft brown sugar
1 free-range egg
2 tsp vanilla extract
150g plain flour (disaring/diayak dulu sebelum dipakai)
½ tsp baking powder
a pinch of salt (sitik wae yo mbak..hehehee)

Caranya :

1.Nyalakan Oven temperature 190C/375F/Gas 5.

2.Lapisi baking tray menggunakan kertas panggang khusus buat cookie *yang warnanya coklat itu lho.

3.Campurkan granulated sugar dan soft brown sugar dalam mangkok untuk membuat adonan, Panaskan butter di saucepan dengan api kecil hingga meleleh.

4.Masukkan lelehan butter kedalam campuran gula dan kocok dengan menggunakan sendok kayu.

5.Masukkan telur dan vanilla extract, kocok hingga tercampur.

6.Masukkan tepung yang sudah disaring, baking powder, dan garam dan campur hingga merata *pelan pelan saja jangan dikocok, kemudian masukkan coklat yang sudah dipotekin dan campur lagi.

7.Buat bulatan bulatan kecil dengan ukuran yang sama dan taruh diatas baking tray jangan terlalu rapat beri ruang untuk pengembangan kue.

8.Panggang selama 8-10 menit, hingga kuenya berwarna coklat keemasan, dinginkan sebentar, dan kue siap disajikan. Boleh juga dihidangkan panas, sesuai selera saja.

9.Simpan didalam Tupperware yang kedap udara.
