Hello there, my name is Sinta Billington. I'm Indonesian, but i live in the UK since i've got married with my husband David. since then i discover more ingredients of food and how to cook ala western food.
Thank goodness my husband enjoying Asian food. There are some fruits that he doesn't want to eat it anymore such as Durian and Jack fruit. Maybe some of you doesn't like it too..^_*
Some receipes of my food i put it on this blog, but some don't because sometimes i forgoten to take a picture of it and sometimes i forgot to write it down.

Spagethi and Chilli Con Corne

I like making both dishes in the same time because they have the similar ingredients.
Anyway you can put sweet corn, mashroom, or any ingredients you want.
My husband doesn't like sweet corn and he also doesn't like mashroom in those dhises that's why i didn't put them in it. >_<

Ingredients :
150 grams mince beef
3 Log celery 2 Carrots
1 Yellow bell pepper
1 Red pepper 1 Big onion
2 Choped garlic
1 Tin pilled tomato
1 Tin kedney beans
400 Gram Tomatto Concentrate
Olive oil
Beef Stock Splash of worcester sauce

Herbs :
6 tsp Chilli powder or dried chilli flakes or you can put
2 choped fresh chilli if you want
3 Bay leaves
2 tsp Cumin
4 tsp Coriander
2 tsp Oregano
4 fresh basil
1 Flat pan for Spagetthi and
1 Big pan or soup pan for chilli con corne

Start Cooking :
Used a bigger flat pan and a soup pan we will used both of them in the same time. Choped Carrots, Onion, all Pepper and Celery in the same size. Choped garlic crush them before chop it makes easier to chop garlic.

First step :
Fry mince beef on the flat pan without any oil spread them into a small pieces just enough not to small, and put them on a bowl with a kitchen tisue just make sure we drain the oil off so the beef is not soggy.
While frying the mince beef put the pan on the hit pour 2 tsp olive oil in it. Put choped garlic, and all choped ingredients. Stir and put the lid on until they getting soft.
Just keep an eye on it. After all mince beef finish and also the choped ingredients soft, turn the fire off for the flat pan and continue the big pan for nowbut don't move the flat pan from the stove just yet.
Put all mince beef into the big pan stir and mix it, put tomatto concentrate and tin tomatto also don't forget beef stock in it until you feel enough not too flooded. Put ground Coriander and ground chilli and then mix it. To make it special i like put some splash of worcester sauce.

Second Step :
Now put the flat pan on fire and put haf ingredients on the big pan into the flat pan. Flat pan for spagetthi and Big pan for chilli con corne.

Flat Pan "Spagetthi":
Put all oregano and basil in the pan and mix it.

Big Pan"Chilli Con Corne":
Put tin kidney beans, cumin, bay leaves and mix it. Taste both dishes and if they need some salt put some in it you can also put some black pepper in it to. Depends what you want it really. And enjoy them dig in. You can eat chilli con corney with rice or baked potato we usually called it jacket potato and you also can eat it with mayonese.
